Rebecca is an executive search and talent strategy expert who helps technology businesses build high-performing leadership teams. With over 15 years of experience in the AI, Data, SaaS, technology consultancy and hardware sectors, she has a proven track record of successfully placing executive, leadership and specialist talent. Rebecca also brings to the table additional qualifications in leadership, HR, diversity, fintech, marketing and organisational design, which allow her to provide a more consultative service that empowers business transformation through impactful talent strategies.
In addition to leading Lucent Search, Rebecca hosts The Lucent Perspective podcast, where she interviews tech leaders, investors and influencers of startup and scaleup businesses. She is also on the Board of Glasgow Girls Club, a not-for-profit which supports girls and young women in developing digital skills while creating impactful digital apps.
